Returns/Exchanges

Return/Exchanges

All sales are final and no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is made. However, we accept returns only in the exceptions that:

i. Item is defective/damaged upon arrival with adequate photographic proof offered. 
ii. You received an incorrect order. 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, the following conditions must be met when submitting your request:

i. Request for return/exchange is made within 7 days from the date you received the item.
ii. Same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
iii. Must have the original receipt with order ID.

 

Shipping

Details for the return address will be given after your request is processed by our team. The shipping fee will be borne by customers and Khaleej will not be liable for the item during postage until received.

 

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons/codes are FINAL and thus not returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

The following are not considered manufacturing faults/defects:

  1. Colour of item. It may differ from the picture due to studio lighting/exposure/different displays.
  2. Creases on clothing.
  3. Slight transparency with light coloured garments such as white.
  4. Size allowance of +/- 2cm.
  5. No scarfs included* (Only certain designs come with scarfs/shawls. Please read the description carefully)

Your request will then be processed within 1-5 working days. If approved, we will either exchange the item or refund in store credit of the item value.
