1) Where are you based?
We are based in Australia, purely online.

2) Why are there discrepancies on my abaya? 
Please note that every abaya is a labour of love. 💗
As we are a small business, every single garment has been lovingly hand-sewn by local seamstresses and tailors. 
We pride ourselves on being a sustainable-fashion brand, and do not intend on mass-producing abayas. 

Every Khaleej Abaya was designed from scratch, sketched on paper, 
sewn by lovely seamstresses specially for you, not factory machines. 

We would appreciate if minor discrepancies between Abayas can be forgiven and taken as a unique mark. 

3) How long does pre-order take? 
For specially curated collections, we launch our pre-orders for a specific amount of time. After the cut-off date, all orders will be sent for production and will take approximately 4 weeks in TOTAL for production and shipping. We suggest for you to plan your buy early to not miss the boat! 

We offer FREE, WORLDWIDE shipping to where you are.

4) Does Khaleej have a social cause?
Yes! Apart from choosing to support our local economy by only utilising locally-sourced fabric & local-talent, we are staunch supporters of Palestine.
Each purchase of yours has 10% of its funds donated to help alleviate the sufferings of Gaza men, women and children.
